The Story

When a 4-year-old girl, Natasha, makes a serious allegation against a politician’s 9-year-old son, an attempt by the children’s parents to tackle the issue in a cooperative way soon degenerates into a vicious confrontation.

Disclosure is a tense psychological drama, inspired by real events.

“What I found really shocking, as a dad, was to observe how a conversation between parents, between friends, very quickly degenerated into a ferocious argument, which then spread out into the community, and within a matter of days turned into a witch-hunt against the family of the child that made the original allegation. I thought this was appalling and, as a storyteller, fascinating.” Writer/Director Michael Bentham
